analytical methods for hydrosylates using in cell culture media: a spectroscopic approach.Many industrial cell culture media use complex biologically derived materials such as the hydrosylates of biogenic matter (phytone, yeastolate, primatone-RL, etc. ), as a key component to assist growth. However, for most of these materials the concentrations and identities of many components are unknown. This poses a distinct challenge for the rapid, quantitative analysis in an industrial environment. Here we show how rapid, spectroscopic techniques like Raman and Fluorescence spectroscopy can be used for robust and reproducible analysis.
